The existing vinyl siding was removed and replaced with Perfection Cedar Shakes and custom copper flashing to restore these dormers in the Historic District of Old Southwest.

To reinvigorate the upstairs addition on this home, the original wood siding was replaced with new wood cedar shake siding. The windows and railings were also replaced with maintenance-free options. Dec-Tec replaced the original decking; a PVC membrane that prevents water intrusion on balconies and walkways, and has a smooth finish and a 20-year warranty.
