The brick on this chimney was deteriorating due to a leaky chimney cap. The flashing around the chimney was also improperly installed. All of these factors were causing leaking to occur inside the home.

We re-flashed the chimney, creating a water tight seal where the chimney meets the roof line. We constructed a new mortar masonry cap to replace the previous leaky one.
